结果公示〡深圳市光明茅洲河中央水岸城市设计国际咨询方案评审

为实现茅洲河中央水岸片区的战略价值，落实高质量高颜值城市建设要求，2024年1月11日，由深圳市光明区人民政府、深圳市规划和自然资源局联合主办，深圳市规划和自然资源局光明管理局承办的深圳市光明茅洲河中央水岸城市设计国际咨询方案评审会在深圳市光明科学城展示中心召开。
On January 11,2024,the design evaluation meeting of the International Consultation on Urban Design for Central Waterfront Area of Maozhou River,Guangming District,Shenzhen was convened at the Exhibition Center of Guangming Science City.The International Consultation is jointly hosted by Guangming District People’s Government of Shenzhen Municipality and the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality,and organized by Guangming Administration of Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality as a measure to fully realize the strategic value of the Central Waterfront Area and meet the requirements for high-quality urban development and image.

Winning Proposals
本次国际咨询方案评审委员会由唐凯、何昉、陈一新、单樑、朱涛、张之杨、施特凡·瑞沃勒七位业界专家组成，委员会听取8家入围设计团队汇报，并对所有的方案设计成果进行审阅和讨论，最终确定3个优胜方案（按汇报顺序，排名不分先后），现予以公示。
The Evaluation Committee formed by seven experts,namely,Tang Kai、He Fang、Chen Yixin、Shan Liang、Zhu Tao、Zhang Zhiyang、Stephan Rewolle,debriefed the presentations made by the eight shortlisted design teams.After reviewing and discussing all the design submissions,the Evaluation Committee finalized three winning proposals(in presentation order)and are now publicized as follows.
