  传统的「meeting point」正在“消失”，很多⼈对已有的「meeting point」视⽽不⻅。智能⼿机似乎⽆所不能，⼈们很难在简单的物理空间⾥迷失⽅向。
  The traditional"meeting point"is disappearing,and many people turn a blind eye to the existing"meeting point".Smartphones seem to be omnipotent.and it is difficult to lose their way in simple physical spaces.
  策划「meeting point」国际创意设计竞赛的初衷是期望通过重新思考和创作来赋予传统的「meeting point」⼀些新功能、新活⼒……
  "meeting point"concept design competition is to give the traditional"meeting point"some new functions and new vitality through re-thinking and re-design…
  怎样设计未来的「meeting point」？⼀个标志性很强的艺术装置？还是⼀个很有趣味性、可以互动的智能建筑模块？
  How to design the future"meeting point”?It is an iconic art installation?Or is it a very interesting and interactive intelligent building module?
  ⼈类⽣活的地球，各种灾难频发⽣，是否需要思考在没有电⼒、通讯信号、网络等，⼀些特定环境下的「meeting point」是否可以是临时的安全避难所？
  Now we could see that various disasters happen frequently.Do we need to think about whether the"meeting point"in some specific environments can be a temporary safe refuge in the absence of electricity,communication signals,networks,etc.?
  期望这次「meeting point」概念设计竞赛能激发设计师的创作热情，就这个概念设计竞赛主题开展深⼊的思考与⼤胆创作。

  正教授，副院长，创意与艺术学院，上海科技大学
  王受之，美籍华人，1946年出生于广州，现代设计理论和历史专家，中国现代设计教育的奠基人之一。
  1980年代在广州美术学院协同创立了工业设计专业，并且开创了现代设计史课程;1990-2011年在洛杉矶的艺术中心设计学院(Art Center College of Design)担任设计理论教授;
  2011-2018年担任汕头大学长江艺术与设计学院院长;
  2019年开始担任上海科技大学创意与艺术学院副院长。
  他曾在中央美术学院、中国美术学院、上海美术学院、鲁迅美术学院、澳门科技大学分别担任博士生、硕士生导师或者教授课程。他是光华龙腾奖中国设计贡献奖金奖获得者。

  Shouzhi Wang is one of the most important founders of modern design and the education of modern design in China.Since 1980s,he has been extensively engaged in teaching,textbook-writing,academic research,advocacy for the reform of education systems,planning and organization of large-scale events and activities,education of graduate programs and international exchange activities.He was a tenured professor at ArtCenter College of Design and the former Dean of Cheung Kong School of Art&Design,Shantou University.As an internationally renowned designer and design historian,he has participated in the planning and design of hundreds of prominent projects and authored publications of more than ten million words.He has been appointed Vice Dean of School of Creativity and Art of ShanghaiTech University since September 2019.

  全国工程勘察设计大师，现任广东省建筑设计研究院有限公司董事、副院长、总建筑师。陈雄先生从事建筑设计工作超过35年，担任了广东省大湾区多项大型重点公共建筑项目的设计负责人，包括广州白云国际机场T1/T2/T3航站楼、深圳机场卫星厅、珠海机场T2航站楼、广州亚运主场馆、肇庆新区体育中心、珠海横琴保利中心等，曾荣获全国优秀设计金奖等多项各类行业奖项。
  Mr.Chen Xiong,a National Engineering Survey and Design Master,currently serves as Director,Vice President&Chief Architect of Architectural Design&Research Institute of Guangdong Province.With over 35 years of extensive experience in architectural design,Mr.Chen has directed designs of numerous key public building projects in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Guangdong Province,including T1,T2 and T3 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport,Shenzhen Airport Satellite Terminal,T2 of Zhuhai Airport,Guangzhou Asian Games Gymnasium,Zhaoqing New Area Sports Center,and Zhuhai Hengqin Poly International Plaza,which won various industry awards including Gold Prize of National Design Excellence Award.

  Mark Dytham是Klein Dytham Architecture的联合创始人，Klein Dytham Architecture是一个跨学科的、在东京的建筑设计事务所。
  Mark Dytham毕业于英国皇家艺术学院，1989年移居东京，加入日本伊东丰雄（Toyo Ito）建筑师事务所。两年后，他与合伙人Astrid Klein成立了KDa(Klein Dytham Architecture)。KDa屡获殊荣，完成了众多建筑、品牌活动、家具、艺术装置和室内项目，包括曼谷的Open House、Ginza Place和日本的六个茑屋书店。
  2013年，Klein和Dytham推出了Pecha Kucha创意分享活动，这是一个让东京年轻设计师见面和分享作品的活动。该活动现已扩展到全球1300个城市，为设计师创建了一个国际网络。Dytham曾在多个国际设计活动中发言，并在日本和世界各地的大学任教。
  Tokyo-based Mark Dytham is co-founder of multidisciplinary architecture studio Klein Dytham Architecture.
  Royal College of Art graduate Mark Dytham moved to Tokyo in 1989 to join architecture studio Toyo Ito.He formed KDa(Klein Dytham Architecture)with partner Astrid Klein two years later.KDa has created architecture,events,furniture,art installations and interior projects including Open House in Bangkok,Ginza Place,and T-Site Tsutaya bookstores in Japan.
  In 2013,Klein and Dytham launched Pecha Kucha,an event for young designers in Tokyo to meet and share work.The programme has now expanded to over 1300 cities worldwide,creating an international network for designers.
  Dytham has spoken at multiple international design events and teaches at universities in Japan and worldwide.

  致力于体育建筑、城市设计相关研究与工程实践。获美国建筑学会波士顿分会“可持续规划优秀奖”和多项国家城市规划奖；完成广州琶洲、广州南沙灵山岛片区城市设计与控规优化工作担任地区城市总设计师。
