2020中国香港亚太区房地产领袖高峰会大奖
  MIPIM Asia Awards 2020
  MIPIM Asia Awards(亚太区房地产领袖高峰会奖)设立于2007年，旨在表彰亚太地区最优秀的房地产项目，是亚太地区房地产行业的“奥斯卡”。自2007年以来，奖项已收到来自35个国家的几千项参赛作品。
  本届中国香港亚太区房地产领袖高峰会大奖(MIPIM Asia Awards 2020)一共遴选了33个入围项目，中国项目共入围了22个，占总比的三分之二;其中K11 ATELIER King's Road和嘉里前海项目(Qianhai Kerry Centre)同时入围了两个类别，更值得一提的是KPF建筑师事务所入围了6个参与设计的项目！
  最终获奖项目将在设立的每个类别中的3个入围项目进行评选:分别评选为金奖(Gold)、银奖(Silver)和铜奖(Bronze)。最终获奖名单奖项研究员将在第一时间为大家报道，敬请期待！
  根据官方通告，由于今年受新冠肺炎疫情影响、疫情在香港的发展以及最新的集会限制，原定于2020年12月15日举行的MIPIM颁奖典礼将推迟到2021年1月26日在香港君悦酒店举行，并将首次进行线上直播!
